HOME DISCRIPTION
Perched on the side of an aspen covered mountain and overlooking Panquitch Lake, we built our dream home. Being native Las Vegans, we always sought out the cool beauty of southern Utah. Hiking, fishing and enjoying the escape from the hot desert lead us to our spot.
We enjoy having our family and friends visit us and for them to be in total comfort here at our retirement retreat. No roughing it here. Not the usual cabin “look”, we had a great teamto help our vision come true.
Every effort has been made to stay “green” since we are leaving a footprint in the forest. Our home meets the Bronze standard for ‘green homes’ right down to the furniture and housewares. We hope you will come and see The Perch; enjoy the drive, enjoy the view and see our beautiful new home .
