Welcome to the 2010 Festival of Homes!
On behalf of the Building Industry Association of Iron County, I would like to welcome you to the 2010 Festival of Homes. We are excited to showcase the work of many dedicated craftsmen and women who contribute enormously to our local economy and community. This is our favorite venue to highlight up-to-the minute products and building techniques along with some spectacular homes in all price ranges.
The construction industry in our country has been facing many challenges. Iron County is no exception. As a result, we feel the homes we offer this year are more creative, more unique, and in some cases, great bargains for you.
I would like to thank this year’s skilled builders; our Festival chairman, Joey Garrett; our executive officer, June Sewing; and the entire festival committee for all their hard work and creative vision.
But especially I would like to thank you, our visitors. Without you the Festival would not be complete. Whether you a lucky owner of a Festival Home or are looking for a talented builder; whether you are looking for ideas to enhance your current home or just for a way to spend an enjoyable day, we feel the Festival of Homes offers something for everyone.
