Welcome to the Building Industry Association of Iron County’s 16th annual 2010 Festival of Homes. We are happy to have 8 different homes and 1 special feature to walk through and enjoy. As you view these different homes you will see the innovation, outstanding quality and craftsmanship we have grown to love in southern Utah. You will also see the unique touch that each builder has in these homes. If you’re in the market to build that home you’ve been wanting, or searching for the perfect home to buy, or even thinking of a remodel; the 2010 Festival of Homes is a great place to get new and creative ideas. Who knows with these great prices and available incentives that new home may be just around the corner.
Even this year being unique with the downturn in the economy, the Festival’s 16th anniversary has proven that it is here to stay. We still had generous sponsors ready to contribute to the Festival. Committee members willing to participate and volunteer their time. Most importantly the builders and homeowners who see the value of participating in this the “Festival” city’s great tradition. We would like to thank all those who spent much of their time and contributed in anyway to the Festival of Homes this year. We couldn’t have done it without them.
